Return Policy

Bad Hop, LLC, offers a 30 Day Return Policy. If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from Bad Hop, LLC, we will refund the purchase price or exchange any item so long as it is returned in new condition (without any signs of wear), to Bad Hop, LLC, within 30 days of that date that it was shipped to you by Bad Hop, LLC. The CUSTOMER is responsible for all shipping costs. Refunds will be given in the same method of payment as the original purchase. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Warranty Policy

Bad Hop, LLC, offers a 30 day warranty on all items. This warranty begins from the date of shipment and is valid for defective manufacturing. Bad Hop, LLC, requires the return of damaged merchandise for inspection and evaluation. Any item deemed defective will be repaired or replaced and returned with freight prepaid by Bad Hop, LLC. Defective manufacturing does not include damage resulting from unreasonable use, abuse, or alterations.
